What Is The Golden Focus Project?
The Golden Focus Project is a gentle, dignified portrait experience designed especially for seniors. Each session focuses on capturing the beauty, wisdom, and humanity of a life well lived—creating meaningful images that residents and families will treasure. Every wrinkle tells a story. Every smile carries history. Every person deserves to be seen and celebrated.
What Residents Can Expect
Portrait sessions are calm, respectful, and unrushed.
Sessions are adapted to each resident’s physical and emotional needs.
Participation is completely voluntary.
Residents may stop or decline at any time.
No special preparation is required.
For female residents, light, natural makeup is offered if desired. An assortment of beautiful gowns will also be provided, allowing each woman to choose her favorite color. These gowns are designed to slip comfortably over the outfit she is already wearing that day.
For male residents, we will provide a selection of jackets and hats to create a polished, dignified look.
Jewelry, scarves, and other accessories provided

About the Photographer
Rachel Conrad is the owner and award-winning artist behind Grey Girl Photography. Her heart-centered approach focuses on helping individuals feel seen, valued, and beautiful. Especially during seasons when they are often overlooked.
